i asked myself:it needs to be reached to 10 replies?
i think now i took the permision to unlock those topics which are less than 10 replies

To all others who didnt manage to reply as it already been block, dont worry if you are truely welcoming them then just write a private msg to the new user as im sure this way is more convinient as the user can reply back straight to you.

As i am seeing some moderators and a technician are always locking topics in introduction section before it reach to ten replies!,

What you are doing guys is misuse of your power,

It is not a reclaiming!! Or improving!

It's a destroying and all of you guys must stop it!

Otherwise admin will take a certain action or demote.
