Forum moderators not responsible

Hi frnds.....I wanna inform u all that our forum moderators don’t work properly………
They come here like a visitor…….Im telling this because the definition of mordaretor is…….

Moderators are individuals (or groups of individuals) whose job it is to look after the running of the forums from day to day. They have the power to edit or delete posts and lock, unlock, move, delete and split topics in the forum they moderate. Generally moderators are there to prevent people going off-topic or posting abusive or offensive material.

Our forum getting members and we need a hard administration system…We need working mordaretor….because we watch that moderators not workin properly….Thats y its tough to control every where properly for forum admin or asst admin………..many topics isn’t right section,and all r BUZZ!!!and there response is too week and I observed that,our some moderator isn’t regular …….LIKE………….

We have 36 box bt his posts only 72 and not related forum improvement..

It doesn’t matter that how many posts he posted,Bt my question is for all listed person.whats the meaning of moderator….. ???


If our frnds go like this Then I think moderator rank is a funny rank.NOTHING ELS......

Sorry re@l bro im nt makin confusion....And ur talkin about rank..bro re@l im wokrin here nt for possition..Or u can say it rank...only new born title in enough for me.....And no need to stay online or work 24 hours,its a matter of activities..A new born rank is nt same as moderator rank...So wats the differ with them??

Mhh! hard to judge, co'z there re' useful Moderator and Moderator as rank.. Not only moderator evenADMINthey just LOCK POST with kinda reasonz' but its Ok delivered to ones behave as Mensioned if dnt have such fetures just relax..

know moderator have special power in forum
they must edit topic when its need to edit
it and must move west topic to basket box

but i think our moderator not use there power
as well or somethink like this and super moderator
have special power to delet topic in some section
they also not use there power to delet west topic
so moderators you need to proved your self and
showing your power as well in right section.
we need good moderators not sticker
for this reason moderator need to prove them self
or promoted or demoted there rank without
question

and another anouncement for moderators
you must need to agreee with this



1. Regular visit in forum (try to visit every day and present in forum mig33 room)

2. Always use easy words and language must be english

3. Move topic if you think it not post in right pelace

4. Edit topic if its need to edit it or and unnecessary words here

5. Super moderator pm admin and permit to delet any topic

6. if you have any special rank in other forum its no
problem but if you want you rank still here you must need do
you duty here

we need moderator do there job with more
impresive and make our forum more attractive
moderator rank not a vip in forum moderator can
do many thing in forum with out admin panel
moderator have all power.A simple user can't moderate

broh forhad is right.Thanks for this topic broh driginal.Moderators are special rules for this forum.Being a moderators we understand got a lot of things to do.But we also consider that they have their own things to do.We cannot force them to work overtime for this forum. Considering personal things and all this stuff,but we need them to watch over topics and a lot more.I wanna challenge others who have special rules too in this forum to help our moderators sometimes.I wanna say thanks to moderator like cpd who I can see everyday here.I do say thanks to all also who visit us everyday.To all of us who got special rule in here....please do help our moderators.We make this forum number one. This is our home. Please don't be offended to what I say here.We help each other. Thanks a lot guys
